Swiss Life employees are asked to use artificial intelligence (AI) with caution.

All employees are responsible for the protection of personal and business data (such as employee and customer data, confidential figures and trade secrets). This data must not be entered into AI applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini or other unauthorised applications as the protection of company data is not guaranteed.

Employees may use Microsoft Copilot Chat, as Microsoft's enterprise version guarantees that our company data will be protected. Copilot Chat is therefore the only AI application that can be used in a company-compliant manner.

Please note that all results generated by AI applications must always be checked for accuracy.
